A house, probably dating from the early nineteenth
century, fronting Keens Alley. Formerly known as "Strawberry
Villa" because of the quality of this fruit which was grown in the garden.
The name derives from the botanical name of the Chile Pine or Monkey Puzzle
tree in the grounds. The house is now divided into three parts and known as
nos. 15, 17, and 19 Arnison Road.
