This was a mansion on the east side of Molesey Road, formerly called "Moulsey Villa". For much of the last century it was
owned by Dr. John Cockle, a noted physician. The coach houses still stand and
are known as "Rose Cottage".
ADDENDA 1975
The coach houses have now been demolished, and a new housing estate (The Dene) erected on their site.
